LIGHTSTRACT

LIGHTSTRACT a form of light painting, explores motion, rhythm, and energy, using light as both medium and subject. Through intentional movement and long exposure, simple points of light transform into flowing, sculptural forms against deep black space. Using nothing but a camera, lens and some light in the darkness... and no post production editing.

Neither purely photography nor illustration, this collection becomes abstract light architecture, where movement and rotation of the camera create a sense of movement and create the perfect abstract art piece. LIGHTSTRACT invites viewers to slow down and discover emotion and pattern in the unseen paths of light.
